What greater good are women losing out to? How long will it last? When

their intended place and mode of birth and what are their motives?
Dear all
I might be able to shed a bit of light on Justine's comments.
One of the obstacles we had in getting Ryde Midwifery Group Practice up
and running was an assurance to the Area health service that there
would always be someone (obstetric) capable of doing an emergency CS
if necessary

Thanks Justine. I will pass on your details to my sister. I'm not sure if she

horribly traumatic in a hospital as was the aftermath. She is freaked out but

Hi all,
I'm just curious to hear what the proportion of vaginal births to CS is in
other hospitals?
I work in a tertiary, high risk Delivery Suite but vaginal birth is accepted

Same here and we are level one. So long as presenting twin is cephalic
everyone is happy to go for the vaginal option although they seem to be
able to convince the mothers to agree to induction before term.

Dear List,
I am
considering having a lotus birth for my child due in July this year. One

The

in fact there is no difference. When the cord is cut there is a little stump
that is left to drop off, and iny or an outy.. is
an act of nature.
Just my
