Probiotics especially bifidobacterium and
lactobacillus will help colonise the gut and vaginal tract with beneficial

My understanding of the
use of garlic is that it reduces candida infection. Women with candida are more
likely to develop a growth of bacteries in their vagina. When you treat the
candida, often the pos GBS screening becomes negative. I don’t know if
there is some research
