It may be an idea to contact Broken Hill Hospital,
I have heard they have stopped their team midwifery care to go to
caseload. Perhaps they can give you some ideas to back upthe
caseload model. Keep fighting for what you believe is best for the
women.

Dawn - not sure if this is what you are looking for, but I received team midwifery care at the RHW at Randwick's Birth Centre...and found it to be a flawed system of care. And ended up with a c/sec. I would be happy to outline why
