It's been a while, but AFAK as soon as you move outside the realm of
c:\inetpub you're going to have to make sure that your ACLs are configured
correctly for the new directory (g:\inetpub). That'd be the only other
thing I'd add here.

Hi There,
An organisation I'm working with has a project underway, independent of any
SharePoint related work, to relocate all of their IIS default C:\Inetpub
directories to another drive - e.g. G:\Inetpub, including all of their
SharePoint servers. Now the holy 12 hive won't be moving on the S
I have seen those.. my point is that the features that have been shown in

They are showing non-public stuff (in the video)that we can't see or test
ourselves. Not much point of a Beta if nothing is in it from a SharePoint

OK, might give that a go.
I was leaning towards the list perhaps looking back to the very original

it though.

Hi,
We have a list that is used within several team sites. It was created in
one, saved as a template (without content) and used in several sites.
Access to each of these sites is restricted and there is only 2 or 3 users
in the members group for a site and permissions for the group are set to

VS2010... I'll believe it when I see it... There is nothing the the Beta 1
which is a great disappointment. I have also heard it will not target MOSS
2007 but only SharePoint 2010?? Any confirmation of this...

Thanks, I've added a new Issue on CodePlex to capture this.
I've got a few tweaks to make and I'll definitely include this in the next
release.
Prepping for AuTechEd presso and a White Paper at moment, so might have to be
after that in late September. :(

Thanks for compliments on SPSource it was @RichFinn as well.
It is a great tool for reverse engineering Web UI changes. What I've found is
exactly what you've stated...people use it to start with to reverse engineer
code. But when they realise how simple it is to create them in XML hooked up
