I'm wondering what peoples' experience is with the inbuilt stats and reporting
capabilities of SharePoint Online out-of-the-box? Has it improved a lot since
SPS2010 days, or are 3rd party tools still the best option?

He wants to have a report where he can see who are the users who have never
logged into the site, so that reminders can be sent.
