Hello,
Your config should be enough, for now you can edit the systemd packetfence file
under /lib/systemd/system/packetfence.service. Try to up the TimeoutStartSec
value to 300. We will update it on our side also.
Thank you.

Hello Anthony,
You will need to connect as root to the database:
"mysql -uroot -p pf" and then reset the password of the user "admin" from the
table "password".
"update password set password='your password' where pid=admin"
Thank you

Amidou,
Why do you want to add the management? The management is for the communication
between administrators/switches and PacketFence, I see no reasons to return
that as a role, you should use the admin access section to manage user access
to the admin.

If you need to setup an autoregister, you should have a look at

With this when the user logs in and is authenticated against our AD

granted access in the same way as in version 5.5.2?

Hello Will,
Since packetfence 5.5 RADIUS debug require you to use a specific file instead
of the folder.
Try: raddebug -f /usr/local/pf/var/run/radiusd.sock -t 3600
Thank you.

Hi Umberto,
The RADIUS request seems fine.
Can you reach the portal page? By manually input the URL redirect address in
your browser on the client.
Also can you make sure the option 'Nac State' in the 'Advanced' tab is in
'Radius NAC' .(SSID configuration)
Thanks,

ve followed your suggestion in configuring the provisioner.
Leaving “Broadcast’ unchecked or checked doesn’t seem to change the behaviour
on the windows agent.
We are still on 5.4 on Debian if that makes any difference?
Thanks,
Daniel
