Hi Martijn,
You should create a "Connection Profile" that uses SNMP in "Policies and Access
Control".
Go down that form to the "Filters" section and add a Filter "Connection Type"
-> SNMP-Traps.
It means you need to define what the PF does with SNMP then after.
If you can give some more
Hi Roberto,
Add as port group via the VMWare Networking section.
Use VLAN ID 4095 to set is as VLAN Trunk.
Then make sure you use the "Network Adapter" use made when creating the
PacketFence server.
If you use Cisco Switch, here is the configuration on the interface side.

Hi,
Can anyone advise where the web admin session time parameter is in v9?
I would like to either prolong session timeout or disable the idle time
inactivity all together.
Last thread on the topic is from 2010 and irrelevant.
Brgds,
Eran.

Hi Tony,
I have the same issue when deleting an interface and I don't know if it is that
way by design.
Note: I recommend not touching "Management", Registration" or "Isolation"
interfaces.
Best way to delete a VLAN is to use the CLI:
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/
Delete the interface config
Hello
I use SNMP and role to VLAN deployment:
Upon SNMP Up trap, first a node enters a void VLAN (700), then goes to
Registration at VLAN 666 using 10.0.66.0/24 IPs.
Next WMI scan is performed and based on the OU and logged user, a VLAN is
assigned to that switch port.
For example one user's

Note that I had it working in 8.2.4.

Hi Ben,
Did you consider using the Admin interface->Policies and access
control->Switches, scroll down and use "Import from csv"
Check section 25.4.1 in the manual…You need to configure "Switch group" first.
Alternatively, you can create an external script for adding a switch by editing
the
reminder that in Cisco CLI you can configure multiple intefaces at once
(after "conf t") with:
switch(config)# interface range gi1/0/2-1/0/24
switch(config-if-range)#
