For your issues of duplicate nodes, you are seeing them because multiple
locationlog entries are opened for the same device
You can confirm it easily by executing the following query in your
database :
mysql > select count(*) from node where voip='';
If the count is higher than 0

Assuming you run RHEL or CentOS, run this command to find files which you
should merge or discard:

Thanks for your reply. I went through and updated the files from all the rpm
files. I did miss that on this update. Any suggestions about the database.
Each node has 20+ entries in the list. All 20+ are identical. Before the
upgrade I have about 1500+ pages of nodes. Now it is over 16000
