Also you need to make sure that in your captive portal profile that the
layount.html file is actually loading the correct styles.css file.
I moved all my custom CSS files into a new folder (/common/cssfiles/) and then
tweak the layout.html file accordingly:-

Hello. Trying to get Packet Fence going on GCP, but it seems to be
fighting to get control of iptables. Perhaps Google is trying to control
it. Is there any way to get PF going without iptables? Or anyone else
ever got it running on an instance in GCP? Any tips would be appreciated.
