Audrey's address is correct. There is no need to explicitly CC
anyone, as the module maintainers already get an automatic email
from RT.

And how do you expect us to solve this "Unknown error"?
Since PAR::Packer builds fine on several platforms
please state at least the details of your setup.
On a general note: the message above suggests that you are
are building as root - NEVER do that.
