Currently there is no way to do this in parallel as VTK doesn't have the
concept of a hanging node. Thus when a cell looks to see if there is a
neighbor on its side it sees if any other cell's sides matches those same
points. If no other cell's sides has those same set of points then it
I was more concerned with the fact that we don't have any dashboards
building the VisIt bridge. We talked about it and think it was due to
renaming the CMake variable for enabling the VisIt bridge. It should be
enabled shortly on some dashboard machine.

One quick question though. Interpolate to quadrature points and
generate quadrature points seems to be used for interpolating the
nodal values and coloring the quadrature points appropriately. Is
