There's a station around here on FM that's been on since 51. It seems to have almost no high or low at all as they must filter that all out. I suspect they do this because at times you hear a high-pitch tone on the radio from them that they probably haven't figured any other way to eliminate

Hi Michael, I have absolutely no clue. It was hard because none of the computers here exhibited the problem when I played the stream so it was a hard one for me to emulate. I ended up changing my DSP plug-in for Shoutcasting, changing the compressor used, and a few other random things. One of
