I can play the .mkv file on my media player but if I try to jump forward or backward it takes a while for it to move. I figure that is what is going wrong with the converters. they are moving faster than the file wants to so quit converting. I guess I am going to have to play it on one player

I've just spoken to a few people to see if they know of any way and they don't but I do have one suggestion, you can use a free VPN client called Hotspot Shield so this might be your answer. Remember that the free edition of the shield times out after every hour so you'll have to reconnect.

VLC is much better for video. If you're going to be viewing shows and movies and such, VLC is the way to go. However it doesn't seem to have the audio flexibility that winamp does, so I happily use both. The nice thing about VLC though is that it will play any video file at all without the need
