For some reason the new Goldwave doesn't recognize the earlier Lame
encoder. However, if you're on line, it will come up with a box
offering to download it for you. Just choose the OK button and the new
encoder will be downloaded and installed for you. It will then continue
and save your

deciding how to save the split files. You have the choice of cue neame,
track name, or a combination of the 2. Is that the problem that you are
encountering?
If it is, then GoldWave's default is still to choose the cue
.

I saw a link on the Goldwave site to download a Direct X plug in for
it. You can get it separately just like you can get the Lame encoder.
