What I do is hit alt-f and I do get a file menu. Then I press i
and am put in the compilation properties. I then use the mouse cursor to
read this screen. Where Nero doesn't give you the amount of time, it does
give you the amount of data, so you can judge from that info ho

try select all files with ctrl+A then alt+Enter to open the properties window. then
use the cursor to read the window.
I dont use the express version, but thats how I do it with the Nero Burning Rom.

There is no File Menu that I can find.
The Alt key brings up the System Menu.
