Do you know what the M-Aduio converters look like? I had one that

with the TOSLINK cable which is like a 3.5 headphone jack type
connector
that will go in to the sound card and then the TOSLINK cable

I believe you should be able to connect the speakers. Are you saying that
you didn't get an instalation cd with the card? XP will only have basic
drivers for the card.
