I'm no expert in this kind of broadcasting as I use Station Playlist Studio
to take care of a lot of this nowadays, but I think what you're looking for
is the linerec plugin for Winamp.

There's not a lot you can do about this, because the mic is being put
through StationPlaylist's Studio's audio pipeline and that does take some
