I've had problems with invalid keys with Victor Reader Soft from RFBD also. I've even had two cases where it would work for a while then one day it would tell me that my key was invalid. Contacting RFBD about this wasn't particularly easy between leaving messages and waiting for phone calls

Hello Everyone, Okay, I bought victor readersoft from rfbd and went through the registration process which, I was told, was successful. But when I try to start the app I get a message that the user name and/or key isn't valid. Has anyone else seen this problem with vrs? How did you resolve it?

Hi, I called rfbd and after trying several authorization keys finally got a working one. The woman I talked to told me the user name and the key must be typed in caps which I didn't know. She also asked me for the hardware fingerprint before she gave me the new key(s). So now victor is
