also looking for a good DAISY player that will play, both types of DAISY
formats!

If you want to do all you asked about then the PTR-2 plus its
included Plextalk Recording Software will do it all. But, if you only
want to turn MP3 files into a Daisy playback structure then something
like eClipse Writer software will do it for much less. Also, eClipse
Reader is another
