Hi David. I've also experienced problems like this occasionally. You may wish to set the use jitter correction control to Yes when you copy a CD. This may help as often when copying from one CD drive to another, minor clocking differences between the two drives can introduce jitter. Also,

You need a software player like RealPlayer, Winamp or WindowsMedia all available to download at www.acbradio.org. Two good sites with thousands of stations worldwide are mikesradioworld.com and radio-locator.com. Once you've got a player installed you should be off and running. - Original

I think whatever you're doing online its a good idea to install anti-virus software and a program like spybot to ward off invaders and hackers. Having said that I'm fairly sure you won't get infected with a virus or find you've got dangerous spyware on your system after listening to a stream.

Allow me to answer two postings in one-- I believe that the firmware in the BookPort over the Book Courier will support Daisy format 3.0 where the Book Courier currently was only supporting Daisy format 2.2. Whether that makes any difference at this time is not that important as there are not
