Which version would you suggest rolling back to? I
I know it is possible to run two instances of winamp. What I would like to
know is can I have totally separate settings or can I run two different
versions. My reasons are that I want one version for audiobooks only and the
other which will be running a crossfader for music.
Strange problems you've been experiencing with version 5.35; for me it's
perfect, even more stable than 5.32 to 5.34.

I can burn cds in winnamp through the winnamp library, but is it possibly to
burn from the play list editor. I would like to do it so so I can burn my
cds in the order I want to., and is it possibly to know how much songs can

Hi Steve, Michael and all,
I just tried the link (ie the one you gave, Steve). I didn't get any spoken
message from that page (only the information on it being read by Jaws). At
first I thought maybe this is because I'm running Jaws, but that shouldn't
make any difference, should it? I can
I haven't noticed sluggishness either, except for the last few times when
waiting for the stream to start playing on PBS FM (www.pbsfm.org.au), but I
think this had more to do with the stream than Winamp, as I was using 5.35
for some time before those instances. I'm admittedly not a power user,

Yeah, I know. I thought maybe it was my computer, but I have the same

Hi Edwin. As far as I know, Sound Forge 8.0 cannot be installed on Vista.
You would have to upgrade to Sound Forge 9.0 to use the program on Vista.
One of my Vista concerns is that it will not run some programs that were
designed for XP. So, yes you do indeed have advantages with new Vista

There's nothing to adjust. It's supposed to be that way. Really.
