Angel

Think of these transmitters as a small radio station. You wish to listen
to your favorite oldies, country, rB, classical, talk, sports, news, and
so one station -- so what do you do?
You find it on the radio dial, and if the signal from the station is
strong enough and your radio is sensitive and selective enough to picck it
up, you are listening to it.
If the signal is too weak or a particular radio gets some sort of
interference, then you don't.
These low-powered personal transmitters work similarily.
You tune the transmitter to a frequency, find that same frequency on the
radio dial, and if all is well, you hear the signal.
Keep in mind, as I mentioned yesterday, not all radios will pick up a
signal with the same clarity -- but that also is the same case as is with
any other radio station.

.
Indeed a really thankful heart will extract motive for gratitude from
everything,

making the most even of scanty blessings.

If you can do tracks it would be your best bet especially where editing is
concerned. As far as dampening sound if you can get your hand on some heavy

Subject: home recording

Hello,

I play piano, ukulele and sing. I want to put together a demo album of stuff
I've written.

I have a set of binaural mics (in-ear), a mono mic (both of these are from
Sound Professionals), and another mono mic and set of regular stereo mics (from
Giant Squid Audio.)

I have a Zoom H2 recorder and use Soundforge and Studio Recorder.

What will be the best way for me to record? Should I record in tracks, or
vocals and music together?

How about getting rid of room noise as the room I'm recording in is kind of
echoey.

Any tips?

Easy Cd-cda audio extractor folder to extract to?

2008-10-24 Thread Steve Robertson
Hello listers.

I'm attempting to use version 11.5.3 and am having trouble designating what
drive and folder I'd like cds extracted to. Jaws just seems to get stuck in the
dialog for choosing the folder and clicking on that area with the Jaws cursor
doesn't seem to help, using Jas 10.0 beta, any suggestions?

Thanks!

Hi list,
There is another option. Here in the sacramento, ca area the fm band is
very crowded so i use a dedicated av transmitter and reciever. i have
two of these units, one working in the 900mhz band and the other working
in the 2.4 ghz band. These units consist of a transmitter and
reciever. You plug the source into the transmitter and a set of wired
speakers into the reciever. They do cover my entire house and yard.
You can get them on three different bands of frequencies, 900 mhz, which
are becomming hard to find, 2.4 ghz, which are the most common now and
5.8 ghz, the newest band to be used. Some of these broadcast only audio
while others broadcast both audio and video. if you do a google search,
you will be able to find a lot of these. Amazon sells several types as
well.

Hello:

I just joined this list. Has anyone used radio station control software
called AudioVault? I ask because I may have a chance to pick up some
part-time work if I can access the software. I use JAWS. I want good
information before asking the IT person in the radio station to let me
install strange software on the computer. I presume that a station will want
to be sure that access software doesn't crash their station. Thank you.
