Hi there I have just tried on my Stream and all is just fine. I wonder if there might be a physical problem with your player. The only reason I say this is that you say that you have downgraded the firmware and still have the problem. Sorry that I can't be of much help to you. Regards.

Hi kulvinder, we are at cross purposes. when i reverted to a previous version of the software, the files played in stereo. when you say that your player is alright, are you using the english or the northamerican software. i was using the english version, when i was getting the wrong results.

Hello I have a plantronics 9xx backbeat bluetooth headset. I have wincom bluetooth stack it came with my dell e6420 computer I am using windows 7 64 bit how can I get this machine to work with my bluetooth headset? it pairs but won't work when I pair it it says it installed successfully how ever
