There is a page for blind Audacity users, and at least part of it addresses
this problem. And there's a list of keyboard commands I can post here if
anyone wishes. David

Hi Kevin
I tried in vain to find the help tool you reffered to in a previous post,

the same function as the scripts for Jaws, I'd recommend them because the

Another way to know is when you play it back on your computer's CD drive if
the last track will not play at all. I've had that happen a lot lately.

Hi
Someone recently posted to this list about software which would splice
segmented audio files. I did not pay attention to the thread... and now
someone on another list is looking for such software. Could someone please
tell me what the software was and where to get it from.
Thanks
David

Hi listers
With sighted help, I learned how to use Nero 5.5 to burn mp3 files to a CD. I split
thirty five tracks into three folders and tried to make three CD's from these. At 4x
speed, only 4 tracks were burned. Then, running my CD burner at 1x speed, the first
eleven tracks are burned (and
Hi listers
I am using Window Eyes 4.5 demo and a sound card to hear it through. I can only hear
the screen reader _or_ audio at the same time, not both. I understand there is
something called a multi channel sound card, what is this, are they commonly
available? What about multi channel cards
I've been experimenting with Audacity 1.2.1 for the past couple of weeks. A few
questions:
1. I haven't been able to find or figure out a way to select only a portion of a sound
track (rather than all of it, with control-a), how can I do this using just the
keyboard? Add to this, apparently
Hi
I think it was on this list someone posted a question about getting a
computer-generated voice to read a text file and create an mp3 file with it. I don't
remember the criteria she listed and didn't read the thread that followed, so this may
be redundant.
