Hello, I am having a problem with Power DVD, although I am not sure about
weather it is the program or my computer's DVD player. I am trying to play a
film and in some scenes, such as gunfights and when there is a lot of noise, it
starts to break up. I know it is not Window Eyes causing the

Are you using an external drive? if the drive is made to work with USB 2.0
and you
have an older USB card, it will break up like you describe. if you are
using an
internal drive, I don't know what to say other than the drive is going bad
or
something like
