PC not recognizing Muvo T-100

Hi people, I took advantage of the great price on the Creative Muvo T-100 but I'm off to an ominous start. Simply put, I cannot get my PC to recognize the unit. I plugged it into a USB port on the front of my PC, but I don't see it in My Computer or Windows Explorer. Using WMP 10, pressing

Hi James, I forgot to put that in my original message; I do not get the device connected indicator when I plug the Muvo into the PC. (My husband didn't get the sound either.) There was no CD with the Muvo, it was just the unit. Thanks for your help...Norma Jonathan Mosen List Founder

Hi Gary, I understand about the front USB ports. I plugged the unit into my hub, just to check the unit, as they say not to use a hub to transfer files, etc. I had to press it in fairly hard, but the unit was recognized by my PC, and I am so glad it is not a problem with the Muvo itself. So
