So by that do you mean that Goldwave can't see the Cue sheet embedded in the FLAC file until its decoded? I suppose that makes a lot of sense. Players such as VLC can see the embedded Cue file. You could have saved them as mp3 when you finished the recording but as you mentioned cue points, you can't save these as mp3.
