pdp_capture was too slow,
it is now abandonned,
you can use webcamstudio to capture your screen
and send it to video loopback device ( usually /dev/video1 )
that you can read it with pdp_v4l,
that's the replacement..

On ubuntu 8.04 with pd-ext 41.4 there is no problem...
But it crashes with the new 42.5 (on Ubuntu 8.04 and 10.04)
