i found the source of my problem here.
the patch was using the [arduino] abstraction.
i had it located in the same path than my patch (version 0.3), but
another one (version 0.4) is located in
/Applications/Pd-extended.app/Contents/Resources/extra/hardware/

nightly builds since it shouldn't be there. Sorry about that...
