I would like to hear how people may be converting incoming audio into Control
Voltage for eurorack use.
This year i indulged in building a eurorack synthesizer and i would like to
start using some interesting libraries i have found in pure data to control my
synthesizer but i want to do it

release note. I installed by apt-get install gem.
in addition, I searched latest gem with pd-deken, but there is old version
only. gem ver.0.91

page:
"Update 25 November 2014: software link below; stay tuned for hardware info"

[gemhead] and [gemwin] may be *abstractions*.
so the objects might still instantiate even though they won't work (and
you should get *plenty* of error messages on the
Is there a way to quickly convolve two tables?
iem's tab_conv seems quite slow? bsaylors partconv~ works quite well in real
time but I'm just looking to convolve tables offline and play back the result
from a new table.
Many thanks in advance,
John.
when I load the object [Gem] in pd(vanilla) canvas, pd-console doesn't show
up the splash screen. only pd-gem(pd-extended) shows splash screen.

William,
have you thought of trying one of the "make a petition" sites, like
https://www.change.org/ , http://www.thepetitionsite.com/media-arts-culture/
, .http://www.avaaz.org/en/ etc?
If one of these platforms were suitable to host it then that would
definitely help.

Howdy all,
I’m pleased to announce that the PdParty BETA has started!
After almost two months of work, there have been quite a number of improvements
and I feel the app is now close to version 1.0 status.
I just need your help to find bugs, suggest improvements, and create demo
scenes.

My main point is that manufactures like Korg should not have secret API's.
I have a Microkey-37, and several simple things (like how to change
velocity curves, and whether LEDs are locally or remotely set) are not
documented in their published MIDI implementation. They probably use SYSEX

Please, help me out here. I'm in the middle of migrating a massive project
from Pd-extended to Pd-vanilla+deken.
My Log is set to level 2, and I keep getting these messages:
zverbose(2): checking for SSE compatibility
zverbose(2): using SSE optimization
zverbose(2): checking for SSE

Also, in a lot of my patches, I load them and the Log tells me that it
couldn't create the comments. These comments appear
I’m using the Beagle Bone Black with Andrew McPherson’s Audio Cape + Martin

Works great.

Good Idea William but i always thought things like Pure Data were there SO we
could develop said products. And i DO boot windows for Touch Designer but
frankly little else. I took the leap and moved to Macintosh when PD was
released and have always dual booted linux:Ubuntu on it.
