Another (probably expensive) way is to use pix_snap before pix_record.
Alternativ i used syphon on osx to record; works very good once it is
installed!

That should be fairly easy, with alternating [spigot]s or the [gate]
object. I have made an abstraction which only lets keys through when

Funny incident as i was searching for this today as well.
I indeed used a delay line in combinatin with tabsend~ and a banged switch~
to be able to have an up to date table of 8192points every 40ms at a
samlingrate of 44.1k. Hope this gives any clues, esle i could give an

You can produce a test clip with a nr in each frame and play back this clip
with an other machine. Then film this clip with your test setup and take
photo with a short exposure of both, the orignal video and the recaptured
