According to a friend of mine who's done the comparison, those 645 lenses tested so far on his K20D (75/2.8, 75/2.8LS, 120/4 macro and one or two more focal lengths I don't remember) surpass any comparable 35mm or APS lens about both resolution and presence (texture reproduction and 3D effect).
