Victoria Square was re-opened to the public today so we went down to have a
look. This square is very unusual because it's bisected by a river, the Avon,
and on one bank is our Town Hall. The ultimate fate of this building is still
unknown but I think there's a lot of effort going in to save

Another classic being rehashed? :(
Yes, but that is not always a bad thing. This is an American version,
set in the American political arena. Kevin Spacey is one of the few
actors I can see as an acceptable FU. After the great job Netflix did
on Lillyhammer, I am glad to see they are the ones

Any fans of the British TV series House of Cards here? It is one of
my all time favorites.
Netflix is making a new version -- set in the US -- with Kevin Spacey

There is a trailer here:
He likes to play guitar on a streetcar and you like to take pictures of
people. Everybody needs a hobby. I like a live let live world.

I don't know about his playing but I I like your photo.

can't help thinking it coulda-shoulda-woulda been better.
Still, I reckon it's a keeper. :)

Hi Boris,
I wonder why you want the older one.
I have the older one. I am happy with it, but last week in the theatre,
I had to switch it to manual focus because of the screwdriver noise. The
HSM version would have been silent I guess.
At the other hand: I try to avoid HSM lenses for
