whats different about it vs previous pentax dslrs?
With previous models I had to press a button so that the ss would be
selected.
It's like the camera recognizes that the arm is there. Doesn't do anything
with it,
but it is half-way. At least that's my impression.

You should still have to press the green button at any ap except wide open. And
you have to select a menu option that enables setting an aperture manually. If
you're not doing that, you're just getting lucky:-).

The subtle (and not so subtle) differences between British and

quite perplexed at the shocked reaction we got from some friends
visiting from Leeds when they first heard the term fanny pack.

There was a bike at the local skatepark on the weekend. I chatted with him for

I agree about he head, Dan. I had the 200mm prime on and couldn't zoom out. Was

In a perfect world I would have had all of his head in there. Oh well... ;-)

Thanks, Bruce.
It was indeed at Humber. South field. There was a Rugby match at the east field
but the backgrounds were horrible: parked cars and school buildings. Took
photos there as well but no one will see them. ;-)
At least the south field has trees on three sides.
Glad you liked.
