Mac external drive trouble

I have a Toshiba 4TB external drive in an OWC housing that has my Time Machine backup on it (1.8TB so far). When I sat down yesterday, it would not mount. Eventually it did, and I ran Disk Utility, which gave me this message: Invalid name for directory inode (id=5966587) (it should be
