Sunday was pretty awful out ... lots of wind in Santa Clara, I didn't cycle;

Wow! We've had a couple of thunderstorms pass by to the west of the city
today. I was hoping to show my daughter what lightning and thunder are.
BTW I haven't seen a mercury thermometer in many years. I still get miffed
whenever the news talks about "the mercury" in any weather-related articl
PESOs and GESOs can be shot with any camera brand and any lens brand.
The PUG must be shot with at least a Pentax Camera or Lens. Other than
that there are no rules.

Power outages alone must be pretty hard to deal with... glad you aren't

I agree - the duck's colors really pop and I've found that hard to
achieve..
Always love flamingo shots nicely composed -- and thatone with the
deep-colore bill is especially nice.

Nowadays I carry the KP with one lens (100mm macro or 55-300 or
60-250) and the Q-S1 with one lens (08). or two Q's, The MX-1 doesn't
see much use except when travelling ultra light.

I reviewed this camera back in 2013, when I was collaborating with in my
friend's website Teknofilo. It was fun but I didn't have the time needed to do
it properly. He had and has continued running the site successfully focused in
smartphones.
