Hi all,
A friend of mine has bought a MZ-3 body, and now he does desire to buy a FA
zoom. He asked me to help him to choose between the FA 28-105 f/3.2 - 4.5 IF
AL and the FA 24-90 f/3.5 - 4.5 IF AL. I'm a Pentax user and collector, but
my interest is only in manual focus bodies anf prime lenses,

About three weeks ago I could touch a SMCP 1:3,5 15mm and a SMCP Shift 1:3.5
28mm, in a shop here in Rome. They let me mount the 15mm on my MX,
unfortunately unloaded. Now both lenses are on auction in ebay italy. I
presume they are the same specimens I saw, as the seller told me he

I do agree: better if the shadow was complete, but the shot was taken from

Brilliant study of shape and form. The chain hangs next to a wall,
finding a distorted mimic in the shadow. clunk as my jaw hits the
floor. Astonishing.
Thank you, Cotty!
Is the jaw ok, now? I wouldn't feel myself jointly responsible

Simple, striking, beautiful. It reminds me a little of the images on the

Hi all,
I have a chance to buy a ME F with the SMC Pentax AF Zoom 1:2.8 35-70 mm.
Both seem to be in excellent conditions.
The seller asked me 300 Euro (265 US$). It seems to me not very cheap, but I
don't know if it is actually high.

Real? Mother Nature did it... I just took the picture (with the little ad

Gorgeous. Are these colors true, or did photoshop help the superb
saturation?
Thanks, Sid.
I forgot to mention I used a linear polarizer filter; forgive me, the shot
was taken almost eight years ago, on May '94 - southern fall.
