clocks, don't forget your digcams. I left it for a month on the last
changeover.

My cameras don't do daylight savings time (or the Oz equivalent).
I don't remember to change them when I travel thru time zones. :-(

at 4:00 AM for golf in the summer, it's already quite light out,
however, by the end of July, it is getting dark by 8:00.

Sounds like you guys are on local time. Sunrise 8 hours before local
noon, and sunset 8 hours after local noon.
