After downloading the new Firmware, I clicked Run and got a Security
warning; Unknown Publisher.
Anyone else? Do I care?

That is perfectly fine, all it means is Pentax has avoided the cost of
digitally signing the executable with a public certificate and Windows
is asking you if you want to run it anyway. As long as the exe comes
from a trusted source this is not to bother, it is only to confirm
file authenticity.

Also you may find your camera turned into a real pro camera with all
that useless button clutter disabled. All dials set it to pro mode
