I did manage it in Chrome, not too difficult, open the menu item "More
tools" then "Developer tools" then there's a screen type toggle at the
top of the console, there's even a list of mobile emulations to choose
from.

Try Flume. Desktop only. But as they say, a “beautiful Instagram experience.
I sync with mobile LR, then copy whatever I'm going to put on IG to my
phone photos. When I'm preparing a post I can just scroll through
available stuff. It seems clunky but I've done it so much that I don't
have to think about it.

I set up an instagram account because people kept asking me about one, it took
a fair bit of work to get so that I could post my work there, and then facebook
broke things so that you cannot post to either facebook or instagram from
lightroom so f-them.

algorithms are shite now) and to date I think I I'm connected to Doug,
