What difference does it make where the garden is in
Marilyn has a small garden at the front of her small home in a quiet part
of Oakland, California. The garden is a little wild, and that's Marilyn's
preference. She works hard to maintain the wild feel. On a low wall in
the garden are the shoes. They belonged to her dad who has been gone for
