I'm glad someone got that, I saw it and was not in a position to set up
for a photo. Very nice by the way.

Did you notice that in the Pinnacles shot with five people you managed

Pretty. And would be just the thing to sooth sunburn. Until the blood
started flowing again it started to hurt twice as bad.
:-)
Give it a few 35+ degree C days I'll be wishing I was there.

To what do you attribute the unusual landscape of the pinnacles - wind
erosion, water erosion, work projects for the original Aussie colonists?

Water created the limestone formations over time wind eroded the
surrounding sand.

Dave,
Nice shot of the conjunction. Was it hard standing on your head to get it?

Excellent. That would make a great book cover. It certainly merits a
frame and a place on the wall

All highly cool, Dave, especially the smiley. I hope there will be an

Great shot Dave.
I'm still kicking myself. By the time I remembered about this
moon/planet conjunction it was about 10;30 pm and the moon was about to
disappear below the horizon.
Got a good view - just no photo :-(
