Pretty thing. I thought that variety was called a king coral snake however ..
A king snake with coloration similar to a coral snake to fool predators into

He is about 8 long, the are nocturnal and during the day just kind of
lie about blending into the leaf litter. This guy's problem was that he
chose to hide at the base of a wall with a gravel walkway, and not a lot
of leaves.

want to poison you? These guys are harmless unless you're a the size of
a cricket. There are only two venomous species of snake in New England,
Timber Rattlers and Copperheads, both are endangered.
