You're not getting much separation from the background. Might help to
try a different conversion. Use a different filter, if indeed you're
using one of those plugs in. I would also rotate it to the left a
degree or two -- both pumps are leaning right. And I might crop out
everything to the

I checked the histogram on the jpeg I posted and the original, and I've
just looked at the jpeg under higher magnification, even without the
artificial grain pattern I added there's detail in the white shed. You
really need to adjust that monitor.

and although they are worse for wear both are still there. I stopped
and made a few exposures before continuing on my way. This may not be
the best,
