item, if you want to play through the system I guess you could send a
message to the seller
Yes, what I have done is ask a seller if they plan to
re-list the item with a lower reserve, or otherwise a
better deal than it was. Sometimes it works.

them thru ebay via that item and mention the unsold one.
The other thing to remember with ebay is...
Patience is a virtue.
Don't be so anxious to make the next deal, wait and something will appear.

Most people misunderstand the meaning of Reserve Not Met. It means
that the seller has control: he/she has the option of offering the
item to the highest bidder, and is liable to Ebay to pay a fee based
on that reserve price.
