Mike, Did these fit without modification of the case. The 1/3 AF batteries were a perfect fit. They were 1/3 of an AA battery in dimensions. 12 fit perfectly, and the vendor made them up for me. Did your new ones end up being 1/3 of an AAA battery diameter? (ie smaller?) Regards, Bob S. In a
