What "Gamma scale" are you talking about? Gamma, in it's normal use has
nothing to do with color temperature or rendition.
Making sweeping generalizations for a maker's lens line, that could have
dozens of different lenses, is certain to be wrong for a pretty fair
number of lenses.

I've got the SMC 50mm f1.4 Takumar that Mike J. raved about on it.
