The stripped plants are a familiar sight here. We usually put them under 
netting which we can close up to prevent too many eggs being laid on them. Our 
plants survived last season in pretty good shape.

As ours are in the garden we don't need to worry about the excrement :)

PESO: Shitstorm

When I am raising my Monarch larvae, they get to a point where they
devour large amounts of milkweed leaves every day.  Monarchs are milkweed
eating machines, and they are also pooping machines! This poop, called
frass, is expelled as little dark green blobs.  To keep the larvae healthy,
one must clean out the cage daily.

My recent purchases (Dell tower systems for my wife a couple of years ago, and 
one for me last year)
both came with wired mice and keyboards.  I can think of two reasons - one is 
that the're probably
slightly cheaper, but I'd guess that the main reason is to remove a possible 
point of failure when
troubleshooting the system.

That is remarkable, as the major mail-order firms here can also supply a
wide selection of wired ones within one day.
Apart from the advantage of not having to change batteries, a wired mouse
doesn't have the habit of dropping from my desk on the floor ...

Around here the stores are pushing wireless really hard. The stores that 
stock wired mice are usually out of them.

Well, you're doing much better than I am. I haven't ridden my Bike for 
months. When I do, it is usually for accurately measuring Race Routes 
using the Clane-Jones method. I have a Trek road bike - hopeless for off 
road with those thin tyres.
