I don't think so. If I was going to buy a medium format digital, I'd be saving my pennies for a 645Z -- Science - Questions we may never find answers for. Fuji says its not the Sony, but one they developed themselves. But as I mentioned in my other reply, not xtrans. m > On Sep 20, 2016, at 2:03 PM, P.J. As I understand it, it’s Bayer, not xtrans. - Marco > On Sep 20, 2016, at 1:38 PM, Zos Xaviuswrote: > > Xtrans makes it useless to me. I hate xtrans. It probably won't be xtrans, will probably be a Sony sensor in the same family as the one in the 645z and H5D and maybe the Hassy H1X On 9/20/2016 4:38 PM, Zos Xavius wrote: Xtrans makes it useless to me. Re: OT Fujifilm mirrorless medium format
No drool from this direction. It has a couple of deal-breakers: no OVF, only EVF, and a brand new lens mount, so no legacy glass, only brand new (read expensive) lenses. The 645z continues to satisfy every photographic need I have.
