No, it's the same as using an M42 thread mount lens. pre-A series
lenses on Pentax DSLRs have auto-iris operation but no Av mode with
aperture control.
You could look into
Wouldn't seem to make much sense if you had to use K lenses. You'd be better
off with a camera that could fully utilize your lenses. If you can get the
Leica lens, that's a different story.
